This demo is an example of using the Dialogue System in a 2D platformer, using Unity’s 2D Platformer project as a base. The facial animation was generated with FaceFX and uses the Dialogue System’s FaceFX() sequencer command to easily add voice acting to lines of dialogue.

This short scene demonstrates facial animation and voice acting. In the demo, you play a young goblin learning the ways of the warrior. It demonstrates in-conversation sequences that change the state of the world (or at least in this case the state of your player character). This fantasy demo uses Enemy Giant’s Necromancer GUI. In the demo, you play a rebel lieutenant leading a squad to assassinate the evil Emperor on his new star carrier. It demonstrates the major features, including: interactive conversation trees, cutscene sequences, barks, gameplay messages, quests, and saving & loading games. This is the main demo scene that ships with the Dialogue System. Please also check out the Games Showcase for more ideas of how games have used the Dialogue System.
